Existing TriMob subscribers need to do the following simple steps to replace a regular card with eSIM:

To contract subscribers:

The Contract Subscriber should call the TriMob LLC Payments Customer Support Team at +380911101155 or send a corresponding application via the Feedback form.

Prerequisites: no debt for services for the current and previous billing periods and there are funds in the main account in the amount of 150 UAH (incl. All taxes)

For non-contact subscribers:

To order a USIM card change to an eSIM card, a subscriber must receive services under the tariff plans "Internet M + eSIM" (PrP), "Internet Unlimited" (PrP), "Annual", or "Annual +".

To change the card on eSIM subscriber need to send a short text message (SMS) to number 2202 with the text "E XXX@XXX.XXX", where XXX@XXX.XXX is the email address to which "TriMob" LLC sends a pdf file, which contains a QR code to connect an eSIM card and is required to read and execute the information. After the SMS from “TriMob” LLC stating that the e-mail has been successfully registered, the subscriber should send an SMS to the number 2202 with the text “esim”.

If the subscriber receives services under the tariff plans "Internet Unlimited" (PrP), "Annual" or "Annual +" and has a basic account of 150 UAH - the funds are written off, and a pdf-file is sent to the specified subscriber's e-mail containing A QR code for connecting an eSIM card and required for reading and executing information.

If the subscriber receives services under tariff plans other than "Bezlim Internet" (PrP), "Annual" and "Annual +", such subscriber will be offered to change the Tariff Plan to the Internet tariff M + eSIM. Charges will be charged in the amount of a monthly fee under the tariff plan "Internet M + eSIM" (80 UAH) and the amount equal to the cost of an eSIM-card for subscribers of "TriMob" LLC (150 UAH). If there are enough funds in the main account - the funds are written off and a pdf file is sent to the specified e-mail, which contains a QR code for connecting the eSIM card and is required to read and execute the information.

After scanning by a Non-contracted QR-subscriber, activation and registration in the TriMob Network takes place.
