Copy of Call Forwarding
The service allows you to redirect an incoming call to any other phone number (local, mobile, long distance), as well as to your voice and video mail, so you’ll never miss an important call. You can choose the type of call forwarding that is the best for particular situation and meets your requirements:
- forwarding of all your calls (unconditional forwarding);
- call forwarding if your number is busy (conditional forwarding);
- call forwarding if your number does not answer (conditional forwarding);
- call forwarding when your phone is out of the network coverage area or switched off (conditional forwarding).
You can manage the service using the mobile phone menu or with the help of special commands:

[phone number] - the number to which calls are to be forwarded.
A number for call forwarding can be set in the national format (0 [city code / operator] [phone number]), for example, 0 44 1234567, and in the form of a shot number (eg, voice and video mail - 2525).
[seconds] - the number of seconds between 5 and 30, multiple of 5 – a time interval for incoming call to be forwarded . It is entered by a subscriber or using phone menus or by a special command.

Cost of the service: a forwarded call (1 minute) is charged as an outgoing call to the number preset (mobile, local, long distance) according to your tariff plan, providing your phone being within TriMob mobile network.
Please note that your phone will by default forward your calls to the service Who called? when you are out of a network coverage area or your phone is switched off.
Important: if you set up several types of call forwarding, the unconditional forwarding is a priority, and conditional types of call forwarding will not work. But all types of conditional forwarding can be active at the same time.
