Internet UNLIM Tariff Plan
The services according to these tariff plans are available to contract subscribers (concluding the contract).
Internet UNLIM – a true unlimited 3G Internet without any restrictions. With this tariff plan you do not have to restrict yourself to mobile Internet access.
Tariffs are indicated in UAH including VAT and Pension fund fee is 7.5% of service cost excluding VAT.
1 to numbers of mobile operators of Ukraine and numbers of fixed line operators of Ukraine.
2 to numbers of mobile operators of Ukraine.
A charge unit for Internet access/data transfer within TriMob or national roaming partner network is 10 (ten) KB.
Every 10 (ten) KB included in the service package are charged at the moment the first KB of every 10 (ten) KB of data has been received/transferred.
A charge unit for calls within TriMob or a national roaming partner network is 1 (one) second.
A charge unit for transferring short text messages and multimedia messages is 1 (one) message.
How to connect to the tariff plans?
You can connect to new tariff plans at Telecomservice Centers of JSC "Ukrtelecom" that provide services for TriMob subscribers or you can move from any other contract tariff plan.
Can I change my tariff plan?
Yes, you can change your tariff plan for another with the bigger subscription fee for free. If you move to some other tariff plan with the less subscription fee, it will cost 20 UAH with VAT and without PF. You can change your tariff plan to any other available for contract subscribers.
To change your tariff plan, call the Contact center number 1188 (free from TriMob mobile network) or 0800 50 1188 (free within Ukraine from Ukrainian mobile networks).
What device should I have to use the services?
You can use the services with a smartphone, tablet or USB-modem. In order To use TriMob high-speed mobile Internet, your mobile device must support the UMTS / WCDMA standard. You can find the information the technical characteristics of the device.
What settings on my device should be done to access Internet?
To use the services you should set the access point (APN): 3g.utel.ua in the settings of your modem. The detailed information is in the section Settings you can call the Contact center number 1188 (free from TriMob mobile network) or 0800 50 1188 (free within Ukraine from Ukrainian mobile networks).
What speed of Internet access can be reached?
Speed of Internet access depends on the device you use, on the network traffic intensity in place of your stay and parameters of the site you are accessing. We do not limit access speed in our tariff plans.The maximum speed can be reached is 7.2 Mbit /s. If a subscriber during a calendar month has used more than 5242880/10485760/15728640 KB of the Internet/data transfer service wthin a national roaming partner network, the speed for the service in the national roaming partner network will be limited to 1024/768/512 Kbit/s respectively till the end of the current calendar month. From the first day of the next month the speed will be restored to the maximum.
Can I use other mobile network services?
Yes of course. You get access to all the services of TriMob mobile network (voice and video calls, SMS exchange, etc.). The tariffs are:

Other Terms of the Tariff Plans
The services included in the subscription fee are not available in international roaming.
The services included in the subscription fee are not transferred for the next period.
Package Internet traffic is available only for one phone number and cannot be shared between other numbers of your personal account.
If you activate your subscriber number or move to a tariff plan after the first day of the calendar month, the subscription fee and included services are charged in proportion to the number of days remaining before the end of the calendar month.
If you move to another tariff plan the included services are not rolled over.
Please note that during a billing period (the first 5 days of each month) the money you pay can be credited with a delay up to 3 days. During this period balances can be displayed incorrectly.
