High-speed mobile 3G High-speed mobile 3G Internet for users of smartphones and, tablets.
The services of these tariff plans are available for prepaid subscribers.
Registration in the Personal Cabinet will allow you to manage services, monitor the status of your balances and the amount of your expenses online.
The package details:
- Internet UNLIM is a true unlimited 3G Internet without any restrictions. With this tariff plan you do not have to restrict yourself to mobile Internet access.
Tariffs are indicated in UAH including VAT. Additional Pension fund fee is 7.5% of service cost excluding VAT.

*During the sending of the first short text message (SMS), the Subscriber is charged with another 14 (fourteen) short text messages (SMS) that the Subscriber can use until the end of the day in which one short text message (SMS) was sent. In this case, the write-off occurs when the first short text message (SMS) is sent.
A charge unit for Internet access/data transfer within TriMob or national roaming partner network is 10 (ten) KB.
Every 10 (ten) KB included in the service package are charged at the moment the first KB of every 10 (ten) KB of data has been received/transferred.
A charge unit for calls within TriMob or a national roaming partner network is 1 second.
What happens if I failed to replenish my account in time or if the balance of my account is less than the subscription fee?
If the balance of your account is less than the subscription fee of your tariff package, the services included in the fee will not be available for the tariffs of your package. You can obtain the services for the tariffs indicated for cases when there is not enough money to pay subscription fee or packet services are used.When the account is replenished with the required amount, the package services will become available the next day after the period from 00:00 to 02:00.
How to Connect to the Tariff Plans?
You can move to the tariff plans from any other prepaid tariff plan with the help of Personal Cabinet or sending a SMS or you can buy and activate a start package green.
When you move to a chosen tariff plan you have to pay only subscription fee for the chosen tariff plan.
After the tariff plan has been changed, the subscription fee is charged and the package services are provided. If the balance of your account is less than the subscription fee, the services included in the fee will not be available. You should replenish the account for the amount required.

Can I change my tariff plan?
Yes, you can change your tariff plan for free. If you move to some other tariff plan you have to pay only subscription fee for the chosen tariff plan. After the tariff plan has been changed, the subscription fee is charged and the package services are provided. It takes 10 minutes to change your tariff plan and obtain the package services.
You can change your tariff plan with the help of Personal Cabinet, or you can call the Contact center number 1188 (free from TriMob mobile network) or 0800 50 1188 (free within Ukraine from Ukrainian mobile networks).

What device should I have to use the services?
You can use the services with a smartphone, tablet or USB-modem. In order To use TriMob high-speed mobile Internet, your mobile device must support the UMTS / WCDMA standard. You can find the information the technical characteristics of the device.
What settings on my device should be done to access Internet?
To use the services you should set the access point (APN): 3g.utel.ua in the settings of your modem. The detailed information is in the section Settings you can call the Contact center number 1188 (free from TriMob mobile network) or 0800 50 1188 (free within Ukraine from Ukrainian mobile networks).
What speed of Internet access can be reached?
Speed of Internet access depends on the device you use, on the network traffic intensity in place of your stay and parameters of the site you are accessing. The maximum speed can be reached is 7.2 Mbit /s If a subscriber during a calendar month has used more than 5242880/10485760/15728640 KB of the Internet/data transfer service within a national roaming partner network, the speed for the service in the national roaming partner network will be limited to 1024/768/512 Kbit/s respectively till the end of the current calendar
Other terms of the tariff plans
The services included in the subscription fee are not available in international roaming.
The services included in the subscription fee are not transferred for the next period.
Package Internet traffic is available only for one phone number and cannot be shared between other numbers of your personal account.
Package services, unused during a month are not rolled over to the next period.
The service Internet Extra 1 is not available in this tariff plan.
If you move to another tariff plan the included services are not rolled over.
Tariffs are valid within TriMob and a national roaming partner networks.
Package services are charged once a month when a subscription fee is charged from the main account in accordance with the tariff plan. The unused volume of package services for the next period is not rolled over. Package services are not provided in international roaming.
When changing the tariff plan, the balance of services will be canceled.
