The "Number Recovery" service is available to prepaid subscribers in case of deactivation of the number due to its lifetime expiration. The cost for the service is UAH 150 including VAT and PF fee.

General terms for subscriber number validity:

•  for subscribers of all prepaid tariff plans, except Annual (a year-lasting) - 12 months from the date of the last top-up;
•  for subscribers of Annual Tariff Plans - 15 months from the date of the last top-up.

The service is available to registered subscribers or subject to registration during the number renewal only (additional information will be required and should be provided by the customer).

The number recovery service available only in Annual Tariff plan.
