Copy of Voice and Video Mail
Voice and video mail is your personal answering machine, which always answers the incoming voice and video calls for you if your phone is outside of TriMob mobile network coverage (or does not answer, or busy). A caller will be offered to leave a message, it will be saved and an SMS about the new message will be sent to you.
Voice and video mail significantly improves the functionality of a conventional answering machine, allowing you not only to listen to voice messages, but see videos sent by a caller. It can be video clips, company video greetings, commercials, informational videos and self created video clips.
To use voice and video mail, you have first to activate the service, than to set voice and video call forwarding to number 2525 and choose the option of your incoming calls (video and / or voice) be forwarded to your voice and video mail.
To use voice and video mail effectively you should personally setup your mailbox - set a password and record your own greeting that a caller will see/hear after call forwarding.

Good advice:
- Set your personal password (to prevent your voice and video mail from being used by other people), and record your personal greeting to prevent messages from being recorded in case of faulty connection to your voice and video mail.
- Listen to the messages and delete your voice and video mail regularly (if your mailbox is full, a message will not be recorded). The mailbox holds up 20 messages: 10 video messages and 10 voice messages. The maximum length of each message (voice or video) is 300 seconds.
- If voice and video mail is not accessed during 90 days, the service will be automatically deactivated, the mailbox will be closed and all the messages deleted.
Message keeping period:
saved messages - 5 days;
unread and unsaved - 7 days.
- To send a message to any TriMob subscriber, call +380 91 120 2525, enter the phone number of the subscriber you want to leave a message in the format 091HHHHHHH, record your message and press * .
- To listen to the messages while in roaming or calling from any other phone (fixed or mobile), dial +380 91 120 2525, enter your phone number in the format 091XXXXXXX, then enter your password and press *.
Cost of the service:
- Activation fee for the service "Voice and Video Mail" is 5 UAH, VAT included. Additionally the fee to Pension Fund in the amount of 7.5% of service cost excluding VAT is charged.
- Forwarding voice and video calls to "Voice and Video Mail" and receiving SMS about new voice and video messages is not charged and included in your package.
- Listening and viewing messages is charged according to your package tariffs.
