International roaming

Roaming allows you to stay in touch being abroad from Ukraine and to obtain a wide range of high-quality telecommunications services. When you are in roaming, your number is preserved, so other subscribers can call you easily entering your usual number.

A charge unit for voice calls in international roaming is 1 (one) minute.

If Incoming call unconditional forwarding service is activated, voice calls are charged according to the conditions of the tariff plan the number is served in Ukraine.

If the services Call forwarding when the number is busy, Call forwarding when the number does not answer or Call forwarding when the phone is out of a coverage area or turned off are activated, both incoming and outgoing calls are charged.

A charge unit for Internet access within international roaming partner network is 1 (one) KB. Charged is the first full 1 (one) KB of each separate 100 (one hundred) KB of Internet session in the amount of the cost of 100 KB Internet traffic from the 2 (second) to the 100 (hundredth) KB included is not charged.

Tariffs are indicated in UAH including VAT. According to Ukrainian laws an additional Pension fund fee in amount of 7.5% of mobile service cost is charged.

When registering in international roaming, a subscriber will be automatically sent to the network with the best signal level. The process of automatic logging within the network can take some time. If a subscriber wants to choose another network for registration, he has to do it manually.

Tariffs for services of international roaming of Trimob are established depending of the terms of the agreements concluded with roaming partners.
