How to order the packages?

You should just call Contact Center number 1188 (free from TriMob mobile network) or 0800 50 1188 (free from Ukrtelecom fixed line network) and order the package. The Extra Internet  package is monthly fee based.

How to pay for the package?

The package fee is included into your monthly bill.

Who can order the package?

The packages are available for all contract subscribers excluding All for 20, Mobile Unlimited, Mobile 256, Unlimited 64, Unlimited 128, Unlimited 256, Smart 64,Mobile Ultra, Mobile Ultra+.

Other conditions

• The package is available only for one subscriber number.
• Billing unit – 10 Кбайт.
• The packages are not available in international roaming.
• Unused data from the package are not rolled over to the next calendar month.
• When you first connect, the package is charged proportional to the number of days before the end of the month.

"Extra-internet 1" fof PrP

The service is not available for Green, Annual and Annual+ tariff plans.

How to order

You can order the Package by sending a SMS to number 2207 with a digital symbol from 1 to 20 including, which corresponds to the traffic amount you want to order.  Digital 1 means 1000 MB for 20 UAH, 2 – 2000 МB for 40 UAH, 3 – 3000 МB for 60 UAH, 4 – 4000 МB for 80 UAH, 5 – 5000 МB for 100 UAH, 6 – 6000 МB for 120 UAH and so  on to 20 – 20000 МB for 400 UAH. A SMS with or without any text or with 0 shall mean 1000 Мб.

You will receive an answer that the Packade is provided or denied. In case the Package is provided, the fee for it will be charged immediately,

A SMS to number 2207 is not charged.

 IMPORTANT:

If a subscriner changes his current tariff plan during the period of the Package, the MB provided by the Package will be canceled. The Package is not provided if at the time of ordering the subscription fee is not paid in accordance with the conditions of the subscriber's tariff plan or if the life of the services included into the subscription fee in accordance with the subscriber tariff plan expires in less than 24 hours. If a subscriber continues to use the Internet access/data transfer service after the Package expires or the MB from the PAckage are used (data transmission session is not completed), the connection will not be broken and the Internet access/data transfer service is charged according to the terms of the subscriber current tariff plan.

Tariffs are indicated in UAH including  VAT. Additional Pension fund fee is 7.5% of service cost excluding VAT.
