The service is available for all TriMob contract and pre-paid subscribers within the territory of Ukraine.

To order the Service

To order the service Information Guide you should send a SMS to short number 2202 with your e-mail address and the corresponding symbol - E in the following format: E: e-mail address.

* To use the service Information Guide you should first of all enter this parameter at least once.

** Symbol E must be entered before  e-mail address. Example - Е: xxx@mail.ua   

*** According to the following Table of information requests.

An example of how to use the service

You want to get the information about your personal account. When you use the service Information Guide for the first time, you have to order the service by sending a SMS to a short number 2202 with the text - E: your e-mail (E: xxx@mail.ua).

Henceforth to this e-mail address you will receive all the information requested (according to the table) in PDF format, in case your have not required it in XLS format.

An example of getting information about your personal account:

You send a SMS message to a short number 2202 with a symbol corresponding to the information required, according to the Table of requests. In our case, it is a symbol I. As a result, you will receive the information about your personal account in *PDF format to the indicated e-mail address.

An example of getting several types of information:

You send a SMS message to a short number 2202 with several symbols corresponding to the information required, according to the Table of requests .Every symbol in the SMS must be divided by commas. For example, a SMS text contains the following symbols I, O, T, D: 201401, XLS. As a result you will get the following information  to the indicated e-mail address : the information about your account (I), the turn over balance sheets  for the last 6 months (O), the service packages on your account (T) , the settlement documents for the previous period (D: 201401), in this case it is January 2014. It should be noted that all of the data you will receive in the format * XLS, since the *XLS format is specified in the SMS message.
