Charity SMS

The main purpose of a public charitable donations collection using charity telecommunication message is to facilitate charitable activities of the organizations that have this authority in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. The activity of collecting charitable donations is aimed at socio-economic development and raising the well-being of Ukrainian citizens with the help of charitable organizations. When sending a short text message to one of the numbers in the table below, the subscriber agrees with the terms of the Accession Agreement.

A public collection of charitable donations using the charity telecommunication message (hereinafter referred to as the "Collection") is valid from 01 June 2018 on a permanent basis.

Contract and non-contract (prepaid) subscribers of TriMob LLC, who receive services of mobile communication (hereinafter Participants, and in singles Participant) can take part in the Collection. By taking part in the Collection, the Participant confirms that he agrees to the terms and conditions of this Collection and undertakes to comply with them.

After receipt of the charity telecommunication message from the Participant, TriMob LLC transmits prepaid but not used for telecommunication services money (advance payment) within the unused balance as a charitable donation in favor of the charitable organization in time and in accordance with the conditions, specified in the agreement on public collecting charitable donations.

Algorithm of action when taking participation in the Collection (hereinafter - Algorithm)

1. The subscriber sends a short text message (SMS) without or with any text to a short number specified by TriMob LLC for the collection of charitable donations.

2. TriMob LLC informs the subscriber by sending an informational message about the chosen charitable organization and the cost of the charity telecommunication message, which will be debited from the main money account of the subscriber.

3. In case the subscriber:

3.1 Agrees with the Terms and has a sufficient amount of money on the main money account, he enters the confirmation code specified in the message of TriMob LLC and sends the charity telecommunication message to the number, chosen by the subscriber.

3.2 Incorrectly wrote the verification code or did not write it, or does not have sufficient funds - a charity telecommunication message is not send. In case of a repeated attempt to send a short text message to the chosen number, the subscriber will be informed that he should start with paragraph 1 of this Algorithm.

4. TriMob LLC informs the subscriber about the amount of money debited from his main money account and the name of the charitable organization in whose favor the collection of funds was made.
