Conference Call
Conference Call is a service that allows you to make and answer calls without interrupting the conversation and have a conversation with several participants simultaneously (no more than 6 participants, including the initiator of the conference call). Subscribers participating in the conference can talk to each other at the same time and can get out of the conference, ending a telephone conversation. However, other participants can continue to communicate with each other. Subscribers of both fixed line and mobile networks can be participants of the conference.
To arrange a conference call, for example, for 3 participants (initiator of the conference call +2 persons) you should:
- Step 1: Call the first number;
- Step 2: After connection select Call Hold in the mobile phone menu or click;

- Step 4: After connection select Conference Call in the mobile phone menu or click;

To invite another participant to the conference call, you should select Call Hold in the mobile phone menu or click:

and repeat steps 3 and 4.
To have a private conversation with one of the participants it is enough to select Hold Call or click:

For example, to talk to the person, who was connected the third to the conference you should select Call Hold or click

You can complete the participation of one of the participants in the conference call. To do it, simply click :

If you want to end the conversation with all on-hold subscribers use the following key combination:

If you need to answer an incoming call turning off the other subscribers, click:

To end the conference call, just click End.
Important to know:
You have to remember the order in which you connect each subscriber to the conference (the ordinal number of the participant). The initiator of the conference call has to pay the cost of the calls to each of the participant, regarding the duration of the call, type of the call (incoming/outgoing) and the call direction (mobile, local, long distance, international) according to the chosen tariff plan.
Note: This service is available only for voice calls.
