Call Holding is a service that allows you during a call to take a new call or a make a call to another number without interrupting the connection to the current number. This service allows you to communicate with two subscribers alternately. To answer a call while speaking on the phone or to call another person, you should click Hold on the phone menu, so the current call will be transferred into Waiting mode.
