Each pr-paid subscriber, who wants to change his tariff plan to another, can do it in 2 steps. He should just send a SMS message with the text * to a short number 2203 and choose any available tariff plan from the list given.

The service is available only for pre-paid subscribers who consume TriMob mobile services.

The service is available within the territory of Ukraine.

To order the service

To order the service Change tariff plan by SMS you should send a SMS message to a short number 2203 with the text 0. You will receive a list of the tariff plans available for you with the corresponding numbers.  If the sum of your balance is less than the monthly fee of the chosen tariff plan, the sum of the subscription fee, necessary for the transition, will be indicatated (example: 11. Internet L (PrP) (cost 132.81), and you can transfer to the chosen tariff plan only if the sum of your balance is more or equal to the subscription fee. When you have chosen a service plan from the list, you should send a new SMS to a short number 2203 with the only one number of the chosen tariff plan:1, 2, 3…

An example of how to use the service

You want to change your current tariff plan Smart to the tariff plan Internet Unlimited.

You should send a SMS message to a short number 2203 with the text - 0. In response, you will receive a table with a list of the available tariff plans. The chosen tariff plan Internet Unlimited has number 5. You should sends the second SMS to the same short number 2203 with the text symbol - 5. Within 24 hours the current tariff plan will be changed to the chosen one. To check your tariff plan and the balance available, you can send a short text message to number 2203 with the text 0.
