Changes to the Rules for providing and receiving services of mobile (mobile) communication

Dear subscribers!
We inform you that from 01.10.2017 LLC "TriMob" makes changes to the Rules on providing and receiving services of mobile (mobile) communication and additional services of LLC "Trimob", namely in items 3.13.3 and 3.13.4:

3.13.3 The term of validity of the Agreement between TriMob and Non-Contracting Entity (validity period of the USIM card) is not less than 365 days from the moment of the first paid outgoing event (activation of the number). Replenishment of the account (voucher or payment of funds through the system of acceptance of payments by transferring funds to the account of Trimob, in addition to providing the "Money Transfer" service) extends the term of the Agreement (validity period of the USIM card) for at least 365 days from the date of the last replenishment;

3.13.4 In the event of termination of the Agreement (period of validity of the USIM Card), the list of Services rendered to the Non-Contracting Party Subscriber is reduced, and the validity term of the Agreement (validity period of the USIM Card) is set to 40 days. Replenishment of the account within 40 days from the expiration date of the Agreement (voucher or payment of funds through the system of acceptance of payments by transferring funds to the account of Trimob, in addition to providing the "Money Transfer" service) restores the provision of the Services and prolongs the validity of the Agreement (validity period of the USIM card) at least 365 days. Non-replenishment of the account within 40 days from the expiration date of the Agreement leads to termination of the Agreement between TriMob and Non-Contracting Party without the possibility of further restoration of the number. The Agreement may also be terminated in other cases stipulated by these Rules.
