We congratulate you on the national holiday - the Day of Constitution of Ukraine!
June 28, our country celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Basic Law of Ukraine - the Constitution, which is the basis for building a democratic state as a full member worlds community.
We hope that the democratic principles enshrined this extremely important document, in which the highest value is a man, his life and health, honor and dignity, integrity and security, will our present realities.
