TriMob is the first operator in Ukraine to offer subscribers to try eSIM

eSIM is an electronic SIM card, where "e" stands for "embedded". Usually, we use plastic USIM cards of different sizes, eSIM is designed to complement or even replace them. This is a chip that is already embedded into the phone, you no longer need to open the SIM card slot and replace the card to use another phone number on the same device. eSIM allows you to have several phone numbers on one chip: one can be used for work, the other for personal communication, the third for advertisements or banking. Typically, at the same time a physical card and one of the numbers stored on eSIM will work.

Before using the service, you must make sure that your device supports eSIM. As of 01/11/2019 in Ukraine are available: iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPad Pro 12.9 "(gen. 3), iPad Pro 11", iPad Air 10.5 ", iPad mini 5.

Please note that the service is supported on devices that are not / were intended to operate on the network of one particular operator, have a slot for one SIM card and an eSIM chip.

To use eSiM on your device, you need to scan a QR code that will be sent to the e-mail* specified in the order. The eSIM is ordered at the TriMob LLC online store.

*Please note that the QR code may be sent to an e-mail server which is not subject to restrictions in accordance with the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of April 28, 2017 “On the application of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)”

The cost of an “Internet M + eSIM” starter package is 250 UAH (all taxes included). Please note that activation of one eSIM is possible twice. Each of the following two activations is possible when the eSIM replacement service is ordered in the Personal Cabinet and its cost is paid. The subscriber's phone number remains unchanged.
