To order services "Information Guide", send an SMS to the short number 2202 with text that contains your e-mail address and the corresponding symbol code - E in the following format: E: e-mail address

As a result, the user receives information about his personal account in the *.PDF format to the specified e-mail address. 

Preparation of information with a list of symbols: 

Subscriber sends an SMS to the short number 2202 with text that specifies the list of symbols assigned to the requested information, according to the table information request. Each of the characters in the SMS message must be divided by commas. For example, SMS text message contains the following symbols I, O, T, D: 201401, xls. As a result, the user gets a list of information to a specified e-mail about: his personal account (I), balance lists the account for the last 6 months (D), information about the packages of services to the phone number on the account (T) , vouchers for the previous period (D: 201401), in our case - it's January 2014. It should be noted that all the data received in the * XLS format, as specified this format in the message.
