Now the tariff plan is fully managed by a subscriber! The main competitive advantage of Green tariff is a possibility to order a number of financially attractive Green services you choose.
The services available for Green tariff plan (hereinafter – Green services):
The part of the service not used during its validity period can be saved. You need to order a similar service package before the expiration of the previous one, the remained part of the service will be added to the new package with the term of validity of the latter. You can order the service Auto-prolongation as well.
When a subscriber replenishes his account without ordering Green services, base tariffs are used and, additionally, international telecommunications services, international roaming, content services and any other additional services are provided. You can activate and manage Green services in your Personal Cabinet at my.3mob.ua or by sending a free SMS to a short number 2209.
NOTE that Green services, international communication, international roaming, content services and any other additional services are provided only after a subscriber has replenished his account with a required sum of money and fulfilled the additional actions.
When activating a subscriber's number on the subscriber's balance, 1024 MB of Internet access for access to the Internet in the network of LLC "Trimob" or in the network of national roaming partners, 6000 seconds of voice or video calls to the numbers of Trimob LLC subscribers, 600 seconds of voice or video calls on numbers of other mobile and fixed-line operators of Ukraine.

Tariffs are indicated in UAH including VAT. Additional Pension fund fee is 7.5% of service cost excluding VAT.
*During the sending of the first short text message (SMS), the Subscriber is charged with another 4 (four) short text messages (SMS) that the Subscriber can use until the end of the day in which one short text message (SMS) was sent. In this case, the write-off occurs when the first short text message (SMS) is sent.
When moving from other tariff plan to the tariff plan Green bonuses are not charged.
A charge unit for calls within TriMob or a national roaming partner network is 1 (one) second.
A charge unit for Internet access/data transfer within TriMob or national roaming partner network Vodafone is 10 KB. Charged is the first full 1 (one) KB of each separate 10 KB of Internet session in the amount of the cost of 10 KB.
A telephone number in Green tariff plan is valid for 365 days from the date the start package was activated or from the late date the account was replenished, regardless of the sum of replenishment.

To order a service by SMS you should:

Every 10 (ten) KB of the additional services “A”, “B” are debited at the moment of receiving/transferring of the first KB of every 10 (ten) data KB.
If a subscriber wants to order several similar services, he should add a number of the chosen services to the symbol letter (such as "A2" / "a2", "B3" / "b3" or other):
If you want the additional services to be prolonged automatically after the period or volume of services has expired you should send the symbol letter of a desired service with “+” (e.g. “A +” / “a +”, “ S +”/”s +” or other).
How to connect to Green tariff plan?
You can connect to Green tariff plan moving from another prepaid tariff plan or you can buy and activate TriMob start package.

Can I change my tariff plan?
Yes, you can change your tariff plan to any available prepaid tariff plan.
You can move to Green tariff plan for free. If you move to some other tariff plan you have to pay only subscription fee for the chosen tariff plan.
You can change your tariff plan with the help of Services Management in your Personal Cabinet, by sending a short text message (SMS) or you can call Contact center on the number telephone 1188 (free from TriMob mobile network) or 0800 50 1188 (free within Ukraine from Ukrainian mobile networks).
What is Autoprolongation? How to order or terminate the service?
Autoprolongation is a service that allows you renew your Green service balance automatically after the period or volume of the services has expired. Autoprolongation is activated 30 minutes before the expiration of the service or if a subscriber account is less than 102400 KB for additional services "A," B "," C ", less than 600 seconds for the service" V ", less than 10 short text messages ( SMS) for the service «S». To activate Autoprolongation you should sent the symbol letter of the service with "+" (plus) to number 2209. For example "A +". To deactivate Autoprolongation you should send the symbol letter of the service "A," B "," R " you want to discontinue with "-".(minus) You can also manage Autoprolongation with a help of Services Management in your Personal Cabinet. If you do not have enough money on your account while ordering Autoprolongation, the previously ordered Green services will be activated and charged at the moment the account is replenished with a required amount of money. Autoprolongation is not available for the service “R”.
What happens if I failed to order Green services in time or if I have no enough money for Green services on my account?
You can obtain the services at the base tariffs of your tariff plan.
The service Internet Extra 1 is not available in this tariff plan.
